Through thorny shrubs of fright,
A passage to life,
To be lost, to lose what you have got.
Unbearable angst and pain.
Despite trouble and countless snags,
We be able to fight back,
We be able to refute,
To seize the light in clasp.
But we conquer the hassles in a flash,
We brawl, we grapple,
We try to reciprocate.
Hopes assemble, light up cores.
We pour life in the chasm,
We cheer up, we please,
We try to cherish time,
Embracing joys;
Celebration of life.

  27. Undoubtedly a great poem. Would you mind explaining your thinking behind the phrase 'seize the light in a clasp' - I like it and have my perspective on it, would just like to know yours.

    1. I wanted to mean that at a certain stage, after a long time of confinement people regain the power of looking back and show their dispossessed strength of utter antagonism against the society or else. That vigor is expressed through the image of seizing light (which is untouchable) in a clasp.
      Thank you for such a nice comment and for showing your interest. Keep reading.
