We nowadays are very busy in our works- studies, office, presentations and other hobbies. In this hiatus we completely forget about taking care of ourselves. We forget about the daily skincare that every person should follow. If you are ignorant about it, it shows on your skin. Maybe, you are not paying heed to your skin needs but it is slowly and silently affecting your skin. A few consequences are- premature aging, repeated appearance of pimples, enlarged pores and more.
Talking about skincare, I am not only targeting my women readers but also the men. Yes, men also need a skincare regime. It is not a 'womanly' job to taking care of your skin in order to look good. Being a man doesn't mean you have to be ignorant about your skin. Just brushing your hair, spraying some EDT and wearing fashionable clothes and shoes do not make your look great. Loving your skin is also very important.
Here I am sharing some skincare tips for you. These tips can be followed by both my male and female friends. So, here is the list-
- Wash your face with a gentle soap-free face-wash twice a day (the more the merrier).
- Make sure to use a clean towel to wipe your face.
- Use a moisturizer.
- Don't leave the house without putting on sunscreen.
- Eat healthy. Eat a lot of veggies.
- Drink plenty of water. It helps detoxifying your skin.
- Apply a lip balm on your lips.
- Work out regularly.
Hope these tips are no-fuss and easy to follow. Hope you finally start to pay heed to your skin. If you won't listen to your skin, it won't function properly. Remember, your skin is such a baby that needs to be pampered always. You won't want your skin to be upset, right?
Our lifestyle is totally opposite to how it should be. Our progressive lifestyle and modern society require a lot of time affecting our daily lives, our normal daily work patterns. It is very important to give your skin the most natural treatment. The lack of time has resulted in frequent salon visits but all that our skin needs is fresh air, fresh food and natural care. One can definitely get a naturally healthy and glowing skin just by eating fresh and healthy, drinking water, exercises or yoga and by being happy.
